a late start

This year, winter has lingered on longer than usual (so it seems). But we have finally gotten a few things planted on the balcony - though the big garden-bed still remains to be tackled. A late start, but a start nonetheless, with radishes, chard, cucumbers, lettuce greens, and strawberries...and my sweet little gardener in training. :)
